Your booking moves to the new date at no charge. If I can't make the new date, you can pick another game or get a full refund.
WHAT IF A GAME GETS MOVED?
Every media day includes one scheduled makeup date.
WHAT IF AN ATHLETE MISSES THE DAY?
Yes. Athletes are counted across the whole booking, so combining teams drops everyone into a lower rate.
CAN WE COMBINE TEAMS OR SPORTS?
Per athlete, with no day fee. The bigger the roster, the lower the rate. There is a $675 minimum on any booking.
HOW IS PRICING CALCULATED?
About an hour per team. Bigger programs are split into team blocks across the day so nobody waits around.
HOW LONG DOES A MEDIA DAY TAKE?

Full uniform, warmups, and any gear they play with. For a senior session, add an everyday outfit and the cap and gown.
WHAT SHOULD THEY BRING?
Proofs within two days. Your final edited gallery within two weeks.
WHEN DO WE GET THE PHOTOS?
Your school, your field, or a favorite spot in the Charleston area. I'll suggest locations if you're not sure.
WHERE DO WE SHOOT?
Most do at first. Keeping it relaxed is the whole point of how I work.
WHAT IF MY KID HATES PHOTOS?
Late summer and early fall fill first. Earlier is better.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK SENIOR PHOTOS?

Within 24 hours, usually with a price or one clarifying question.
HOW FAST WILL I HEAR BACK?
Yes. Extra images and custom graphics like posters and senior banners are available after the shoot.
CAN FAMILIES ORDER MORE?
Yes. Galleries are private to your program or your family.
ARE THE PHOTOS PRIVATE?
A signed agreement and a retainer. For family sessions the retainer is 50%, with the balance due 24 hours before the session.
HOW DO WE HOLD A DATE?
Travel is included within 30 miles of the Charleston area. Past that, you see the travel cost upfront, before you book anything.
